As a Sales Development Representative you will play a pivotal role in our team by proactively reaching out to potential clients, nurturing valuable relationships, and efficiently scheduling appointments for our esteemed sales team. This position offers the flexibility to work either in our office environment or remotely from the comfort of your own home office.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue the sale through outbound prospecting
• Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to secure the Sale.
• Maintain outbound and inbound calls to meet set quotas and targets.
• Maintain accurate records using our CRM system.

Requirements:
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Motivated and driven to achieve targets.
• Previous experience in outbound prospecting or B2B sales preferred but not required.

Working Hours and Benefits:
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (No Nights or Weekends)
• RD$300 P/H and opportunity to unlock commissions*
